		+	For example, you may Glacial Freeze to not all be cast at the same time by everyone. So you say once it's cast, it is not allowed to be cast again for x seconds. You can modify x seconds (use the add/subtract duration if you want). In the case of Glacial Freeze, we may be fine with it overlapping for 10 seconds. So we subtract 10 seconds from the duration to allow for some overlap.

		+	Keep in mind, there is a delay in which sessions can communicate what is happening, so it's possible two people could start to cast the same ability at the same time.
