		+	With the addition of Supplication of the Fallen it may be a good idea to add a second out of combat rez choice. I know my mystic has Spirit Dance (in combat as well but rezzes with 65% mana/HPs), Supplication of the Fallen (100% mana/HPs but with long recast) and Revive as choices for out of combat.
